New Jersey trial attorney John Gregory diligently fights for injured workers and those who were harmed by the negligence of others. He also serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ), an organization that dedicates itself to providing access to our state’s court system.
TANJ consists of 800 members, including both plaintiff and defense attorneys. It has several purposes that include:
- Continuing Legal Education (CLE): CLE programs provide legal education to attorneys. These programs provide ethics training and teach other skills that can improve the talents of attorneys. This includes TANJ’s ‘Back to Basics’ program.
- Sponsoring scholarships: TANJ sponsors scholarships for law students who want to become trial lawyers.
- Protecting the right to a jury trial: TANJ is dedicated to protecting the right to a jury trial.
As a Trustee on the Board of TANJ since 2011, John Gregory meets with other Trustees and the Executive Board every month to help direct the organization.

John Gregory attended Rutgers University and the Rutgers School of Law. Since graduating in 2000, he has gained statewide recognition. The National Trial Lawyers named John as “Top 40 under 40” attorney, and he is recognized by New Jersey Monthly Magazine a New Jersey Super Lawyer.
He is also certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. This distinction is held by less than two percent of licensed attorneys in the state.
